About the Program
The University of Pittsburgh Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI) is pleased to announce a summer research program for students enrolled in clinical professional doctoral programs in the Schools of Dental Medicine, Health and Rehabilitation Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, and Public Health at the University of Pittsburgh.
The 8-12 week summer program combines an individualized mentored research experience with group sessions focused on multidisciplinary translational research.
Students will work with a mentor prior to the start of the summer program to develop an initial research plan in the form of a "dummy abstract". Throughout the summer students will work on their project and present the final abstract at a capstone event attended by all students and mentors.
