KL2 Alumna Recently Publishes Integration of Medical and Dental Patient Data Book

Thankam Thyvalikakath, MDS, MS, DMD, PhD, an alumna (’09) of our CTS Scholars Program (KL2) and Associate Professor of Dental Informatics/Restorative Dentistry atIndiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, recently coedited the 2nd edition of Integration of Medical and Dental Care and Patient Data. The book discusses how the use of state-of-the-art, fully integrated (dental-medical), electronic health records can improve clinical, financial, and even societal outcomes.
